Our Location
Situated close to Dublin city centre, The Richmond Education and Event Centre is an ideally located venue for conferences, meetings and events.
Centrally located on North Brunswick Street, within a short walk of Smithfield (5 minutes) and O’Connell Street (15 mins) and with excellent transport links, we are within easy reach of the whole city.
Heuston and Connolly train stations and Busáras bus station all have stops on the Luas Red Line, connecting us to towns and cities across the country.

By Luas (Tram)
We are in close proximity to both the Smithfield and Broadstone Luas stops. Smithfield stop is on the Luas red line which operates between The Point, (Three Arena) and Saggart. The Broadstone stop is on the Luas Cross City route which operates between St Stephen’s Green and Broombridge Rail station. https://www.luas.ie/

By Train
A number of DART, commuter and intercity services are available from Heuston Station and Connolly Station. Both stations are linked via Luas Red Line to Smithfield.
On foot
From Smithfield
Walk through Smithfield square, cross North King Street, continue straight up Red Cow Lane, (by the side of the Cobblestone pub) turn right onto North Brunswick Street, cross the street and you will see The Richmond Education and Event Centre.
By car
From the South
Approaching from the South Quays, on Merchant’s Quay – turn right crossing Fr. Matthew Bridge onto Church Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with North Kings Street, turn left onto North Kings Street, get into the right lane and follow the bearing right along by George’s Lane. Arrive on North Brunswick Street. We are located on the left-hand side.
From the West
Approaching from the West you will enter Dublin from the M4, follow the signs for City Centre (R 148) continue past Heuston station, cross the River Liffey and turn right onto Wolfe Tone Quay, continue along Wolfe Tone Quay and turn left at the James Joyce bridge onto Blackhall place, continue straight until you come to traffic lights and turn right onto North Kings street, keep in the left lane continuing on to George’s lane, at the lights, follow the road leading you onto North Brunswick Street. We are located on the left hand side.
From the North West
Approaching form the North West, leave the M50 at the N3 exit, Cavan/Navan/Blanchardstown. Follow the signs for City Centre, continue to Navan road. At the junction ‘Cabra Cross’ get into the right lane and take the next right onto the Old Cabra road. Continue down through Old Cabra road (Hanlon’s pub on the corner), Continue down through Prussia Street and Manor Street, turn right onto North Brunswick Street. We are located on the left-hand side.
From the North/From Airport
From Dublin Airport, at the airport roundabout, take the second exit, joining the M1. Follow the signs for M1/City Centre, continue on Swords Road. Continue forward onto Drumcondra Road Lower,continue to Dorset Street Upper. Continue onto Bolton Street. Continue on to North King’s Street. On North Kings Street, get into the right lane and follow the bearing right along by George’s Lane. Arrive on North Brunswick Street. We are located on the left-hand side.
